These terms apply to use of Vidya Punters language learning apps, including Jnaana Setu, Arivu Paalam, Gyaan Setu Hindi, and Tulu Setu.

Learning Use

• The app is for personal learning use.
• Educational content is support material and does not guarantee exam results.
• Service may be affected by internet quality, browser support, or device limitations.

Content Protection

App content, book content, vocabulary data, and learning material cannot be copied, redistributed, scraped, resold, republished, or used to create competing content without permission.

Child Safety and Advertising

Vidya Punters does not display third-party advertisements inside the student learning app. We do not use student or child user activity for behavioural advertising, retargeting, ad personalization, or ad profiling. Payment, account, security, and bookkeeping records are used only for account access, purchases, fraud prevention, compliance, and service operation.

Account and Subscription

• Subscription access depends on successful payment and account status.
• Paid subscription access is valid for 1 year from activation unless a different duration is clearly shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless an automatic renewal option is separately introduced and clearly accepted by the user.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details safe.
• Vidya Punters may update content, features, pricing, or access rules over time.
